    Based in Nashville, Aole has 17 years experience investing and developing real estate across the United States. He was previously an Executive Vice President with Lend Lease, a global real estate investment firm, where he ran several business units. Aole has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BS in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy.

    Managing Partner

    Bereket has 17 years experience developing housing focused projects. Prior to RVH, Bereket led business development for CRC Partners, where he sourced & developed $4.4 billion of housing-focused projects. Bereket has a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in English from the University of Illinois.

    Jeff is an entrepreneur in both the technology and real estate sectors. He has built four successful companies in his career having sold 3. He has a 30+ year track record of co-investment with Bereket Selassie. Jeff has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA with honors in Economics from the University of Illinois.
